Foodplant

Looking at the picture I would say the foodplant in this case is Honesty - Lunaria annua- another member of the Brassica family.

Thank you Matt,

It had very distintive seeds, it was planted a long time ago as a decorative plant by a former occupant of the house. The large white larvae found it to their liking.
