Description:

tree in Alexandra Palace park, ca. 8 " diameter and
25 feet high. small round leaves with whitish underside. Had to use flash due to night time. Could be an evergreen tree. Could it be some type of Eucalyptus?

It doesn't look quite right for a Eucalyptus - the leaves almost look like Elaeagnus ebbingei, but I only know this as a shrub...
