The red-eared terrapin is a subspecies of Trachemys scripta (Trachemys scripta elegans).
The terrapin on the right in the second photo is actually a yellow-bellied slider Trachemys scripta scripta.
The one on the left looks more like a red-eared terrapin, but it's hard to be 100% sure from that angle. The one on the log in the first photo does look like a red-eared terrapin. Both subspecies were imported in large numbers by the pet trade.
If they are red eared terrapins that is a shame as Spain has native stripe-necked terrapins
