I was wondering how

I was wondering how widespread the lichen species are globally, are there likely to be many of the northern european ones also occurring on Tenerife since some parts of the island are pretty cool and cloudy.

Pass

I have no idea about global distributions, but Heterodermia and Teloschistes are rare in Britain and I have never seen them, hence the uncertainty. They are more common further south, so perhaps not so rare on Tenerife.
