I was wondering how it got there. Domestic plants do produce seed that could get transferred to a back pack or jacket and drop off when a hiker stops to get an item out of a pocket. It has been cultivated for so long that it is unclear where it was native to.
It really confused me becasue it is 2 miles from any garden up on the moors on the road side. However a hay ,meadow worker at work saw the photo and thought it was rhubard.
