Description:

The same leaf again and I think another gall in various stages of development.
It looks like the yellow arrow could be pointing to the closed gall, orange and red pointing to various stages of opening, and white completely open. I have no idea what it is though, or if it's just wishful thinking.

Might be Neuroterus tricolor

Might be Neuroterus tricolor (Cupped Spangle Gall) or Neuroterus albipes. But I see this was taken in France so there may also be other options I'm not aware of.
