Description:

A large white fungus whose parasol shaped cap has a fleshy chamois leather-like texture with light and dark flecks in roughly concentric circles around the centre where they suddenly become quite dense. About 16cm in diameter. The stipe is slightly darker in colour with a roughly marbled pattern. Sadly no photo of the gills.
