Description:

Caps about 2 cm across, flattish convex, cream with darker radial fibres, covered with sparse dark specks with striate down-turned greyish margin and brown irregular central zone and small round dent/bump at centre. Stem 3 cm long, 3mm diameter, light brown, fibrous. White gills adnate with a few tiers of smaller gills that didn't reach stem, Growing in a pine plantation. No spores found when I tried for a spore print.
