Stinkhorn (Phallus impudicus)

The id Mutinus caninus has been suggested for this, but I think it was confirmed as Phallus impudicus when it was found by some knowledgeable people! I think the way it looks like it's turning orange at the end is just how it looks in the photo and didn't really look like this!


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
