The underside of the leaves leads me to believe this is Mugwort
not Creeping buttercup as I first thought

The underside of the leaves are white-ish and furry.

I'm back to thinking it is the above and not Buttercup or Geranium.

The white-ish, hairy leaf underside convinces me.

I would appreciate some assuarance,
