Black lichen found on stone wall - Lichen covers large percentage of the face of the stone

Black crustose lichen

Habitat is often a useful for lichen identification.  Verrucaria maura is a maritime species often forming a zone at and above the high water mark,  especially on exposed shores. Your given location, 25 Fenwick Park, does not seem coastal.
