Probably correct

You're probably correct with your suggested identification of Lecanora chlarotera but there are similar (though less frequent) species that are also found on trees.

Many lichens can be difficult to identify accurately from just a photograph, and even for the 'do-able' ones (that don't need chemical spot tests, microscopy etc), clear, close-up photographs showing relevant details are vital.
