Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Gills seem to be white which is correct for Flammunlina whereas in Pholiota they start yellow and go brown. also Flammunlina is common at this time of year when there are very few other large fungi around.
Taking a closer look the "squamules" on the caps which made me suggest Pholiota I can see they are not that at all but just debris sticking to the glutinous Flammulina caps.
