Barring

The picture shows barring across the front strongly suggest Sparrowhawk as does the posture and, as Urophora says, the behaviour pattern.

I saw a sparrowhawk fly

I saw a sparrowhawk fly straight into a bush once after a reed bunting. The speed it went in I'm surprised it didn't do itself any harm!

Just go out there and do it!!!
