Looks like Skunk Cabbage an alien arum
Wild Flower Society member
Whatever it might be is difficult to tell with only close-ups - photographs of the whole plant can be a major help with IDs.
Its not a Skunk-cabbage (Lysichiton sp.) though!
Without an image of the whole plant, an idea of scale and whether it's a shrub, perennial etc would be handy.
It's definately Elder, either a horticultural cultivar or one with quite severe interveinal chlorosis.
