Description:

A small (1cm) long true bug with distinctive red and black markings. Found in a greenhouse in Shrewsbury.

expanding range

Judging by the NBN map above you're right on the edge of the range of this bug, which has been exanding northwards and inland from having been previously a southern coastal species. Good record.

Thanks Martin. I've certainly never seen one before. It's now "at large" in our wildlife garden!
