Small spider, what I would call a money spider on side of house.Don't know how hard it is to get to species level?

I think you're right with Linyphiidae but it's impossible to get further with certainty from the photo. It looks right for an Erigone sp., but it could be other things. It's an adult male and examination of it's palps would be necessary for an accurate ID to species
