Description:

Bright orange lichen with lots of ‘jam tart’ fruits on a deciduous branch. Growing in small patches about 2cm across. No large lobes visible as with Xanthoria parietina. Possibly Xanthoria polycarpa.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
