This was found on a tree in a churchyard at withnell.

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

... I think are Ramalina farinacea (the shrubby ones), Hypogymnia tubulosa (the tubular one whose lobe tips are covered in farinose soredia) and a Melanelixia species (the brownish one towards the top left), but I'm not quite so confident in these IDs.
Edit: Yes, Parmelia sulcata is foliose.
