Description:

Small white ribbed fungus looking like a bracket, growing on a fallen twig in deciduous leaf litter.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Can you give a bit more idea of size, looks like a crepidotus to me.

Size

miked - I should note these measurements. This one was about 5 or 6 cm across, so Crepidotus seems possible. Thanks! And also to martinjohnbishop.
