Certainly the correct area for this species. I have agreed as I imagine that you sought it out deliberately.

The photo does not give much to go on though, for an agreement. An indication of the size of the flowers would help. If you could add a brief description, I shall feel happier in my agreement!

There are leaves

It looks a bit like a succulent to me. The reddening of the leaves also indicates this too.
It does look wrong...

it is definitely this species, as I monitoring it for the swiss red list...it has been a very good year to see it, because we have had such a dry spring

I have worked it out

There is another plant with a similar common name.
The more common Forget-me-not.
It does look a bit like an alpine and the location is not that far from the alps.

Lake Constance Forget-me-not

This is the species. If you Google it, you will find that it is a speciality of the area shown in the location.

Did not look at google

I got to a conclusion that was close enough for me as i am unlikely to travel to the location and find one myself. Alpine foothills is close enough for me.
