I think that you can take the identification a bit further and say that these are Tundra Bean Geese (A. f. rossicus) - which is the race that is most similar to Pink-footed Goose in size and structure (with the similarity seen in the second photo).
The two races are sometimes treated as separate species, and it is possible that this may eventually become the standard treatment.
I agree that these are 'Tundra' Bean Geese and got that confimed when I submitted the record in to the Northumberland rarities committee.
