I work in Norwich, and our staff car park, for at least the last two years, has been home to lots of harlequins. the adults and larvae can be seen hunting down the aphids that fall from the sycamores which line the site.
This year however, we are in the midst of a 7 spot invasion and I could find but two harlequins on the 04 08 09.
I would be interested to know if there is any information on harlequin ladybird population dynamics.
