Can the species of red seaweed be identified from this photo alone? it was the only photo I got. The seaweed was found in a rock pool in Wales.

Corallina officinalis is the commonest of the calcareous red algae, and occurs in Wales.
Corallina elongata is similar but has different reproductive organs from C. officinalis. They both have opposite branches.
Jania rubens is usually an epiphytic species which is dichotomously branched.

Like Jo (may have) suggested, I also believe it might be C.officinalis.
