A good photo! Clearly a female of Mesopsocus, and it seems a very good match for M. immunis as shown on the Barkfly Recording Scheme page:
However, the RES key to barkflies seems to contradict the recording scheme photos, and says that Mesopsocus with brown speckles on the body are usually M. unipunctatus. It may not be possible to confirm without microscopic examination, but I'll see if I can find out more.
Both species are widespread.
