Unknown bracket fungus

Description:

Flat/crinkled bracket type growth on dead log in deciduous wood.Many growths joined with each growth approx 2cm wide and 1cm deep. Thickness was about 2mm. Top surface colour was concentrically zoned light brown and white. Underside was whitish cream and covered with pores.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

No interactions present.

The underside..............

The underside of a B.adjusta bracket is downy grey. So I don't think that's what you have here.

Chris,

Have to agree with you, so am going to change this to not known.
However, whilst trying to identify some other specimens I think I have one that is B.adjusta.
If at first etc.
Going to upload now and it will show as image 2164. Will be grateful for any feedback.
