Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

It does not look to have the velvet covering on the stipe and the gills are decurrent and should be adnexed or adnate.
I have my doubts about this one too. At first I thought it was Velvet Shank. Then on second glance noticed the stem wasn't quite right for that species. Could it possibly be Lepista (Clitocybe) flaccida?
A spore print would be good.
unfortunately these are only 2 photos i have.they were on a rotting log.real vibrant colour!
Think I will stick with velvet shank for these, you can see the velvety covering on stem when zooming fully in. spore print would definitely help to rule out some other possibilities though.
