Could these be juvenile crayfish ?
From the eyeshine it can't be either of uk's crangon sp's, C. crangon & C.allmanni (nbn gateway regards C.vulgaris as a badly formed name), as their tiny eyes are nowhere near the edge of their heads, & I notice their red&white striped legs & the appearance of a beak projecting forward of the antennae. Combined with the tail it makes them look very like Yashca's 'Unidentified prawn', http://www.ispot.org.uk/node/96464 whatever that is.
