I'm a total amateur so wouldn't like to hazard a real identification but I would guess in the direction of one of the Calypoegeia species of leafy liverworts. But its so hard to tell frm a picture and as I said ameutuer still struggling to key even the species I know out correctly. Nice find though. Beautiful.
Looks like a Scapania to me but I'm not recently practiced enough to know which. The toothed margins look a bit like S.nemorea but that has brown gemmae and yours appears to have pale gemmae..
