This looks very similar to a lichen I posted last week which was ID by lichen expert as Ramalina canariensis.- Strap like and not as thin as farinacea. Difficult to be sure but from a comparison of our photo's they seem very similar.
R. canariensis can look very similar to R. fastigiata, even when they grow together, but R. canariensis very rarely has apothecia. There are a few other differences - e.g. slightly inflated lobes in R. canariensis.
