Face of Dicranopalpus

Another distinctive feature is the black stripe, like a mask, across the body at the position of the ocellarium (eye-turret)

Dicranopolis notes

Thanks Syrphus and Brian for notes. I checked other D ramosus obs and, it's really helpful to have pointers about the species. These are rarely mentioned in books and web sources of info. I now now what the names of the parts means, necessary when reading more scientific info.
Also, I think this is a most fascinating creature!

Opiliones

Correct scientific name for the group including harvestmen is Opiliones, not Opilion or Opilione.
