Not sure.

This doesn't look like the Tripe Fungus I have seen (that's not to say it isn't), could it be Leafy Brain (Tremella foliacea)?

It does not look like any of the Tripe Fungus I have seen either. It is quite common in the Cambridgeshire Woods so I have seen a lot.
