Description:

A very humid damp day after rain. All these were found from late morning to midday in Thorndon Country Park, near Brentwood, Essex. Beautiful fungi all over the place in rotting tree stumps, deep leaf mould, wood chippings, etc., and I know nothing about them! I'm sure I must have duplicated some butwas just taking photos for their beauty, then became interested in which they might be. I heard the programme and thought my photos might have some use to local knowledge.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Species interactions

No interactions present.

Separate observations

It is better if you can add each fungi as a separate observation. The reason for this is once identified they then go into the correct category for future reference.I hope you do as it would be nice to give id's on them. You have some interesting ones some are duplicated but that doesn't matter.
