Reddish-brown Honey Fungus?

Group in grassland. Flat reddish-tawny cap 6 cm across with white scales concentrated at centre and sparser towards striate inrolled margin fringed with white velar remains. Thin tawny flesh. Pinkish-buff fibrous stem 9 cm long, 1.5 cm wide with white scales, white woolly ring, broader at base, tapering towards white, adnexed gills. Cream spore print. Oval spores with pattern and apiculus generally offset at one end.
