Barnacle geese have black necks and crowns - I'm afraid these birds are probably a domestic hybrid

Possibly a Brent hybrid?

Seem to have a bit of Brent in them

ophrys has got it - they are

ophrys has got it - they are just right for dark phase snow geese and given the company they are keeping a pair of "wire-hoppers"

Do you have any more photos of these birds? Some Canada x Greylag hybrids can look very similar to 'Blue' Snow geese and a careful check is sometimes required. I would be particularly keen to see their bills.

Another possibilty?

Maybe a little too dark on the mantle, but escaped Emperor Geese are a possibilty.
