I think this could possibly

I think this could possibly be a female Tipula Maxima.The females abdomen has a sharp tip so they can push the eggs into the ground.the males have a blunt abdomen.

Yes, it is a female, but not Tipula maxima, which has much more obvious dark markings on the wings.
