Grows all the time on this tree stump in sheltered part of garden.

The inside of the one that is broken open does not look like D. concentrica to me. Do you have any other info,such as what the tree was, are they hard or soft etc?
Don't know what sort of tree - sorry. But they are hard, and hollow enough to have woodlice living in several.
