Small ring of these fungi growing in grassland, on a ridge in a ridge and furrow meadow, in Worcestershire. Site is not SSSI but is an unimproved meadow that is cut for hay and then aftermath grazed with cattle and is believed not to have been fertilized or sprayed for many years.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
