I too have notice some spring plants throwing out the odd flower,but I am sure the weather will change soon so make the most of it.

I've observed P.vulgaris in bloom - just one or two flowers - during autumn/winter months for the past few years in my garden. I don't know if it's unusual or just that we're getting better at noticing these oddities... I also had Viola odorata flowering at the end of Sept, but the mini heatwave of early October shocked them back to sleep!
Appreciate P.vulgaris while they last - they smell lovely, full of spring promise...
