I agree that it's an Usnea, and possibly U. cornuta. My understanding is that the holdfast (base) needs to be examined for blackening and annular cracks, and chemical testing may be needed for certainty. I'll leave this one for the experts!
The other lichen is Parmelia sulcata (or the newly introduced P. encryptata, which looks identical).
