Is this a particularly good year for this species? It's just that I've seen several specimens recently and can't remember ever seeing them before.
I've not had enough experience to comment really but there are certainly more lovely specimens in my local wood than last year and I've seen more elsewhere. There are also more (and bigger) Wood Blewit and Clouded Funnels too.
