Grey-green and yellow Disc like form

Formed in a disc like shape this appears to be Golden Shield Lichen (Xanthoria parietina). It was about 7 foot up a tree facing the east catching the early morning sun. With over-lapping green and yellow wavy leaf-like lobes.

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Out of focus...

... but given the yellow/grey colour, lobe size and apothecia I don't see what else it could be.
