Lucky you, I've never managed to get anything other than a dark blob in the far distance when trying to photograph otters. You not only got a decent shot but an action pose as well!
It's always exciting to see otters, especially when they are playing as these two appear to be doing. For identification purposes, note the sleek, streamlined shape and fur; the long tapering tail, small eyes and ears; and the slightly paler throat.
