Description:

A lot of these growing in a very damp grassy area with plenty of moss growing. Each 'club' was about 3cm tall. Hope someone can help as they were very interesting. I know for sure its not Candle Snuff, Dead Mans/Molls fingers. Thanks.

Thanks....

for your help in ID'ing this for me. This was found in the same area as my other posting today which has been classed as a different species. Are these common fungi and do they often grow alongside each other?

Thanks.
