Very much a Harlequin - the only 10-spot form which is even slightly similar is bipunctata, which has a red triangle on the front corner of each elytron, always touching the edge of the elytron.
This individual has one parent as form succinea, and one as form conspicua - the black spot in the red is one of the spots from form succinea being expressed
