It is most likely to be a grey crowned crane due to the location of it's sighting as grey crowned cranes' habitat ranges over the eastern and southern Africa, whereas the black crowned crane, which is very similar in appearance and can often be confused tends to inhabit the more western and northern regions.
Also, there are differences in their colouring, the black crowned cranes having darker feathers on it's neck compared to the grey crowned crane.
The birds in your picture have distinctly light grey necks so I would say they are more than likely to be grey-crowned cranes.
