Description:

Observed in the high Tatras Slovakia. There was quite a lot of this plant but only very high up 16,000 metres on the mountain.

But not at 16,000 metres? Map give 800 m.

16,000 metres would be ...

... approaching twice as high as Everest. Was 1,600 meant? (The photograph obviously isn't at the location displayed on the map.)
