juvenile?

Could be a juvenile banded snail, genus Cepaea, but I'm not sure. Juvenile snails generally have a rather weak, flexible edge to the mouth of the shell, while in adults there is usually a stronger rim around the mouth.

When photographing snails it is really helpful to get several shots, from the top, the side and underside (showing the 'umbilicus', the cavity in the centre of the shell underside). An accurate measurement of the shell width and height can help as well.
