Unlikely to be pure down there, I would have thought, although what is visible of the bird looks right (the same can be said for some of those in Trafalgar Square, though!). I think you have to go to the very north of Scotland, and even there the flocks have some interlopers, I am afraid.

Many of the island populations are still reasonably pure, but a small percentage of feral type birds are found. Interestingly during the Atlas I found the wild Rock Doves were breeding in the caves, but the Feral Pigeons were breeding under the pier on one island
