Background species

I'm wondering if the brown pycnidia and irregular margins in the background belong to C. chlorophaea. I also have a photo that appears to contain C. diversa alongside similar looking podetia with brown/black pycnidia, and other podetia that have both red and brown/black pycnidia side by side on the same cup margin.

Granules

The large granules in the cups, provided they are corticate, are a required character for identification of C. diversa.

The red pycnidia can go brown with dryness and exposure.
